SHARE – 15 Reasons Why No COVID19 Vaccine For This Black Man! – Vaccines Are For Those Who Regularly Take Vaccines & Prescription Drugs Just Because They’re Told To

It has taken me over one month to prepare this post on the COVID19 vaccine. It is extensive and required a great deal of research. Many may not read it. That’s okay. I am not trying to reach puppets or androids. I am trying to reach those who take personal ownership of their own well-being, and who don’t follow everything that they are told to do.

This post is not intended to change anyone’s mind or to convert them. It simply provides facts, additional information, and of course, my opinion, on which you should solidify your decision if they are into that. Kevy

We’ve gotten so touchy and evangelistic about everything these days, racial issues, healthcare, taxes, global warming, and now it’s the COVID19 vaccine.

I appreciate that everyone has a right to have their own opinion about the vaccine. Whether they are taking it or not doesn’t bother me. But some people just get out right upset with you, if like myself, have decided that you’re just not taking it.

I haven’t taken the flu, pneumonia, measles, shingles, or none of those vaccines. The last vaccines I remember taking were when I was anywhere from 5 to 8 years old, and I’m standing strong. Those who take them regularly as adults often have poorer health than I do.

The Center For Disease Control (CDC) recommends 13 different vaccines for adults. I have taken none of these as an adult.

I will never say never. I never say never about anything in life, so I can’t never say I take the vaccine. But it’s not anything that I am considering anytime soon. I’ve done my research and I’ve provided a list of reasons why I’m not rushing to take the COVID19 vaccine. Maybe you should consider these things as well, especially if you fit into my demographic.

Deciding not to take the vaccine wasn’t a difficult decision. I arrived at this decision rather easily, in spite of being exposed to COVID19, testing positive, then subsequently testing negative 3 times.

I have several reasons and I’m sure that further research will probably give more reasons why taking the COVID19 vaccine is not right for me, at this time.

I respect those who choose to take the vaccine as soon as it becomes available to them. That is their choice and right, such as mine. I am not trying to convince anyone of anything with regard to the vaccine, except for one thing.

This one thing I encourage everyone to do on every decision, research. Do not make your decisions purely based on fear, media, hearsay, or even religion. After doing your due diligence, then follow your heart, the part of us all where God’s spirit resides. My heart tells me not now for the COVID19 vaccine.

SHARE – This Will Make U Feel Good – Even In Quarantine! – We Need That – DJ Cassidy’s Pass The Mic – BET Soul Train Edition

Yesterday, Black Entertainment Television’s (BET) Soul Train Pass the Mic series showed up on my YouTube feed. It is probably because I have liked and subscribed to the Soul Train channel videos when selecting ones for prior posts.

I have especially fond memories of Soul Train. As a teenager, I always wanted to be a Soul Train dancer. I was once a dancer on a local television dance show in New Orleans, called Get Down.

When I watched a few Pass the Mic episodes, it brought me back to happier days. It accentuated how much we have digressed. I needed the feel-good part.

DJ Cassidy, the host DJ, keeps the show energetic and vibrant. It is great to watch various R&B stars from the 1980s sing to their hit songs in their homes. Cassidy Zooms from his home, switching from one hit R&B song and legend, to the next. He interjects words that encourage and keeps the crowd going. It is a wonderful experience, given that many of us are locked in.

SHARE – The Entire Universe Has Been Alerted To The New Season – All Are Uncertain – But Seasons Are Our Teachers – What A Magnificent Time For Reflection & Reconnection! – 7 Ways & More To Prepare For This Season

This is a beautiful time.  Let me, Kevy Michaels, explain to you why I feel this way.

First of all, in this very moment every living creature on the planet, in the universe, and even the stars recognize that we are in a change of season.

This is not unusual, except for us.  We don’t normally recognize seasons, in the air, our minds, and spirits, as the animals, trees, and plants do because we are distracted.  Well, now we do.

Also, every last one of us is experiencing a certain degree of uncertainty about what the new season will bring.

Poetrimony – Seasons Are In The Air – I’m Melancholy – Marley, MJ, Ms. Bey, Lil Wayne & Others – Know What I’m Feeling In This Moment

Today I woke up feeling melancholy again, with Seasons on my mind.

Seasons are always on my mind.  The theme of this blog is Seasons As Our Teacher.  I gained discernment about Seasons from nature.  God’s breath rests comfortably within nature.  Therefore, I spend time in nature to gain God’s understanding.  In a sense, when nature speaks to me, God is speaking to me.

This post is another mashup.  I love doing mashups because they reveal how eclectic and complex, I’ve become.  But my complexity is not of my own doing.  I am complex because of complex times and experiences.  We’re in a complex Season.

We are in a revolution whether you recognize it or deny it.  We are in the midst of the New World Order and must adapt to the Season, just as nature does.

This post features poems related to Seasons and the melancholy spirit that I feel in this moment.  To accentuate my spirit, I’ve selected original poems, and songs from popular artists, who feel or have felt this same sentiment.

My song choices are also eclectic, spanning across eras, years, and perspectives.  These songs were artistically composed when these artists likely felt as I do today.  Kevy Continue reading “Poetrimony – Seasons Are In The Air – I’m Melancholy – Marley, MJ, Ms. Bey, Lil Wayne & Others – Know What I’m Feeling In This Moment”

I Am Pissed! – To A Very High Level of Pisstivity

I’m pissed! I’m upset. I’m a bit angry. And I feel that I have every right to be.

I hope you can hear it in my voice. What I’m angry about is Black inequality and Black inequity. The way that Blacks have been treated in this country. It’s not fair. It’s not about morals. It’s not about God. It’s not about humanity. A

And this shit must stop. We must be made whole. We must honor our Constitution. We must honor God. We must honor humanity and Black people.

Most Black people piss me off. You should be angry like me. Some of you talk a good game and some of you even do things that appear to be helpful. But there are very few that are trying to uplift the spirits of our brothers and sisters, enable them to move forward. Most of your help is to make their poverty comfortable. Government cheese, food pantries, etc.

Today’s That Day – Juneteenth 2020 – Whatzup Wit Dat? – What Makes Denver Colorado’s Celebration So Special – The Mural Art Show Makes It Mo Betta

I was aware of the history of Juneteenth, but not until recent years.  That’s important to note for a few reasons.

First, I want to make it clear to non-African Americans, as you may be actively trying to “relate” to the Black experience during Revolution 2020, that it is not only you who must become familiar with African American history, some Blacks are foreign to much of it as well.

Secondly, Juneteenth may not be familiar to many Blacks (and most Americans) simply because, though it is a part of American History, it is really a direct part of Texas’ history.

Its relevance may not be as appreciated by states other than Texas.  But during current times this celebration is becoming increasingly more important.  There are demands to make Juneteenth a national holiday in honor of African American slaves gaining freedom. News On Corona Or The So-Called Riots – Will Get U ‘Stuck On Stupid’ – Corona Isn’t Affecting That Many – Protests Are A Love Fest – 9 Inspiring Things I Observed At The Revolution That Media Hides

News Is Misleading Many

The news media can be deceptive, in general.  It has been for a long time and will continue, given its eternal conflict between truth, and beholding to advertisers and government regulations.

They are not thoroughly presenting the protest rallies as they are actually occurring.  They are demonizing protesters at worse, or are not revealing how united and caring participants are, at the very least.

Protesters are unlike they are being perceived by the media, The Lobster’s administration, and those who subscribe to their stories, without doing any investigation.  For example,  I’ve attended over 10 protest rallies in the past two weeks.  I shed tears of joy and was inspired every time I saw how warm, passionate, creative, and ingenious the mainly Millennial protesters are.

The same is being done with the coronavirus.  I am not implying that COVID19 is not dangerous.  It is certainly more dangerous to some, more than others.  That says more about those individuals’ health status and lifestyle more than it says about the danger of the virus itself.

But being exposed to the coronavirus is usually not fatal, though.  Continue reading “News On Corona Or The So-Called Riots – Will Get U ‘Stuck On Stupid’ – Corona Isn’t Affecting That Many – Protests Are A Love Fest – 9 Inspiring Things I Observed At The Revolution That Media Hides”
