DISCLAIMER: THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE
The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images and other material contained on this website are for informational purposes only.
The purpose of this website is to promote broad consumer understanding and knowledge of various health topics. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new health care regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website.
I must always remind readers to read our medical disclaimer. I do this not because I don’t believe in the protocols that I recommend. I do it because most alternative healing is not accepted in westernized cultures, and I could be fined for giving what is considered ‘medical advice’.
My perspective, however, is that all healing is not ‘medical’. Some treatments involve diet, lifestyle, spirit, state of mind, and even miracles.
There are other more practical reasons why I must stress reading our medical disclaimer.
I have paired the list down to four items:
- I am unsure of your conditions, and if the diagnostics (namely blood work) accurately identifies that you have a condition.
I prepare for examinations and labs nearly a month in advance. I following each of the pillars of optimal health up to the day that I am examined. I do this because test results can be throw off by lifestyle choices, and before you know it, you believe that you have a condition that you may not. Diabetes and cholesterol are good examples of this phenomenon, whereby poor test results can be affected by not preparing for the test.
I am simply unsure if you have the condition that you believe that you have. The result you received could be temporary.
- I am unsure of the medicines that you are taking and the effects that they have on your body. Your condition could be related to prescription medicine, and only you know what medicines you take.
- I am unsure of your lifestyle. With holistic healing, everything is related to health, mind, body, and spirit. I just don’t know your status in this regard.
- I don’t know your spirit. Your spirit and attitude effect the production of chemicals in your brain and therefore your overall health. Holistic healing requires positivity, confidence and courage. It requires surrender to a power higher than man. Even if one followed the regiments that I suggest, they may not work if your mind is not right for the holistic health journey.
The bottom line is that designing your health plan is personal.
There are many aspects of ‘your being’ to which only you are aware. Complimented by advice from medical and naturopathic practitioners that you trust, must ultimately define your regiment and the pace to which you will make the necessary lifestyle changes.
So, please read our medical disclaimer statement. Alternative regiments work best if you practice a holistic lifestyle and believe in the benefits of the regiments you follow.
