In Inner Peace Part Two, in this follow-up to yesterday’s post, I provide limited personal commentary. The focus here is on what has been said about Inner Peace by those in Faith & Science.

I have found that achieving it works best when in nature. They seem to agree. Therefore, I included information on tools in nature that complement achieving inner peace and healing too. I also added handpicked quotes on Inner Peace the resonate with me.

Everyone is going through what is called existential suffering. It does not matter where in the world you are, or your religion, even if no religion, everyone is going through some form of suffering and the fear of death.
Existence is intoxicating, especially when you are having a good time. Almost everyone experiences fear of death, not just now, but at various stages and crossroads in life. But now, the entire world is facing this same reality and feeling.
