Here is a collection of songs and videos that I sometimes use to clear my mind, usually first thing in the morning to begin my day on a good note.

As I mentioned, I am very protective of what I allow into my psyche.

These songs, I assure you, are psyche-safe.  Some are old, a few are new.  They cover various genres, but I have an affinity to reggae, so it is well represented.

I like Reggae music, particularly Roots and Culture songs, because they convey spiritual, peaceful, and loving messages.  Also, Reggae music is timeless.

I also love 70’s rock, Gospel, African, Middle Eastern, Country, Rock, and selective rap.  I will feature more of those genres in future posts.

This selection is varied enough that everyone should at least find one song (or more) that cleanses their  day.

‘Here me now’ we need to work at maintaining strength and clarity in today’s times.  

I believe that new era prophets will use music, poetry, rhyme, and creativity to combat human disregard and destruction. 

Bob Marley says in the song Trench Town, “We’ll free the people with music.”
